The stationary clamping device is designed for a drilling and milling operation of the workpiece.
Functional description:
The centring of the gearwheel is done by the inherent tension of the diaphragm. The workpiece is aligned in the tip circle of the gearing by means of spring-loaded bolts. This enables a high positional accuracy with respect to the bores and milled parts to be produced. The clamping and unclamping of the diaphragm and the alignment unit are carried out hydraulically.
