Mounting position: vertically suspendedClamping system SM
The clamping chuck is designed for skiving the internal gearing on the workpiece.
Functional description:
The clamping is initiated via a draw bar on the machine side and is supported by the inherent tension of the diaphragm. The integrated centrifugal force compensation of the diaphragm guarantees reliable clamping of the ring gear even at higher rotational speeds. The clamping chuck is resistant to soiling thanks to its closed design. The chips are evacuated laterally to the outside and not through the working chamber thanks to the open space between the clamping points.
