Mounting position: horizontalClamping system SZ
The clamping chuck is designed for turning the inner contour of the workpiece.
Functional description:
The clamping is initiated via a draw bar on the machine and is passed on to the draw piece and clamping bush (system SG) via a quick-change connection. (SG system). An integrated disk spring assembly serves to reduce the force between the clamping mandrel and the machine. The workpiece rests flat on a small support collar during clamping.
Advantages:
- Low-deformation clamping of thin-walled components due to almost uniform distribution of the clamping force on the outer contour of the workpiece- Adjustment of the clamping device to the conditions of the machine by means of an integrated spring assembly for force reduction- Quick-change connection enables time-saving change of setup to other types of clamping devices
