Mounting position: vertically upright with tailstockClamping system SZ
The clamping mandrel is designed for grinding the external gearing of the workpiece.
Functional description:
Clamping is initiated hydraulically on the spindle side via an integrated piston and is transmitted to the tailstock via a quick-change connection. The tailstock presses on the collet (system SZ) via a preloaded disk spring assembly and simultaneously clamps the workpiece flat. The tailstock is equipped with a pendulum stop to compensate for axial run-out errors. The pendulum stop adapts to the flat face of the workpiece. The clamping mandrel is assembled on the machine side by means of a hydraulic quick-change chuck.
Advantages:
- Quick-change connection on both sides- Compensation of axial run-out errors through integrated pendulum stop- Slim design
