The clamping chuck is designed for machining the internal gearing of the workpiece.
Functional description:
Clamping is initiated by an EMUGE force transmission element by means of manual torque. This transmits the force to the clamping bush (system SG / SZ) via a draw piece. Clamping takes place in two planes. A two-part intermediate sleeve must be fitted to the workpiece before loading, as the clamping diameter is offset centrally. This means that the two clamping planes are directly above the gearing of the workpiece. Alignment takes place via a spring-loaded pin.
Advantages:
- optimum clamping in two planes directly above the gearing of the workpiece.- connection of the off-set clamping diameter by means of an intermediate sleeve.
