Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value for your order.

How will my prices be displayed?

Log in under "Login" to get your prices displayed for the respective articles. Please note that the prices are displayed only after linking with your customer number.

Can I request offers via the webshop?

As an existing customer, you can request an offer for desired articles via the watch list.
Download users and users who are not logged in can submit article inquiries via the product detail page or via the contact form.

Can I see the status of my requested offers?

You can view all pending offers, including the validity date, under "Offers".

Can I add items directly within the shopping cart?

In order to be able to place orders even faster, you have the option of entering articles directly in the shopping cart using express entry. Here you can enter either our article number or your customer article number!

Can I order articles which are not or only partly available from stock?

  • You can order articles which are only partly available or not in stock.
    The availability is indicated to you by a traffic light next to the article:
  • = Goods available from stock
  • = Available quantity is displayed, delivery date for remaining quantity will be specified in the order confirmation.
  • = Goods not available from stock, delivery date will be specified in the order confirmation

Can I see the status of my orders?

You can see your orders of the last 6 months, including the their status, under "Orders".

Can I order items that are not in the catalogue?

If you cannot find the item you are looking for in our webshop, we will gladly offer it to you.
