The stationary clamping device is designed for a milling operation of the workpiece.

Functional description:

The clamping for the centring of the workpiece is introduced hydraulically via a clamping bolt and a collet (system SZ). The clamping of the diaphragm is also initiated hydraulically (System SM). The three clamping segments of the diaphragm are pushed against the workpiece and clamp it on the outer diameter. In addition, the workpiece is hydraulically aligned in rotation via a lateral alignment unit. It moves inwards and aligns the workpiece via two inclined pressure bolts in a predefined milled opening. The release of clamping for all actuations is initiated hydraulically.

Advantages:

- very high transmittable torque due to joint clamping in the bore and on the outer contour of the workpiece
- low-deformation clamping of a relatively thin-walled area in the component despite high clamping forces
- Resistant to soiling thanks to diaphragm design
- generous clearances spaces between adjacent clamping jaws enable robust design of the milling tools
- automatic rotation alignment without backlash in one of the gaps on the workpiece
