Stationary clamping device

For clamping of discs.

Article number HD400041

  • Mounting position: vertically upright

The stationary clamping device is designed for a milling operation of the workpiece.

Functional description:

The clamping is initiated by a manually generated torque. The workpiece is clamped by means of threaded pins. Two spring-loaded clamping pins are placed on the outer diameter to dampen vibrations. When loading, the clamping pins are pressed downward and fixed in place by means of locking pins.

Advantages:

- Mechanical support elements on both sides of the workpiece dampen vibrations and provide support against machining forces.
- Almost the complete disc can be machined directly from both sides because the clamping elements require little space.
