  • Mounting position: vertically upright
    Clamping system SZ

The clamping mandrel is designed for measuring and checking the external gearing of the workpiece.

Functional description:

Clamping is initiated via an integrated disk spring assembly and is transmitted to the collet (system SZ) via a cross wedge. Clamping takes place in the C-shaped milled cut-outs of the workpiece. The unclamping action is initiated via a push rod on the machine side.

Advantages:

- Precisely fitting clamping element for complex workpiece design
