Clamping Chuck

For clamping of brake discs.

Article number HD400095

  • Mounting position: vertically suspended
    Clamping system SZ

The clamping chuck is designed for a turning operation of the workpiece.

Functional description:

Clamping is initiated via a drawbar on the machine side. The clamping bush is actuated via a drawbar (system SZ) after the idle stroke. Clamping is carried out on a narrow collar on the outer diameter of the workpiece. Release of clamping is again initiated via the drawbar of the machine.

Advantages:

- Precise clamping of a deformation-sensitive workpiece
- Fixed end stop with excellent axial run-out accuracy.
- The end stop is equipped with air system control
